Blues Basic · Sway L R L R (Walk round ) · Slight lift to change step and:- · Rock fwd, Left leg, middle, back, middle · Rock Side Left leg, middle, back, middle · Roll hips · Hip Bop Side to Side · Open out left hand high lady double spin · Pull left to right hip change hand with lady now back to you sway position and repeat moves. · Left hand lead out and pull in to first position Intermediate · Slow Lung back L/leg · Turn lady in front swap hands · Walk to left LRL and R leg dip and back · Round world and lady behind back hands on hips · Lady now in control for sway up dwn roll round back and fwd · Lead out by left walk to lung · LH pull back to basic hold · Back lung Push away tango twist 4 lock & lean · Back L/Leg Lung and lift R/leg. · Back L/Leg Lung Twist lady and lady lift left leg along man leg. · Sway lady in front and repeat basic moves in this position. · Walk with lady in front LRLR dip & back · Side to side with R/H block on lady tummy and pull back. · Side to side again but lady walk by slowly · From out position R/H to train L/Leg fwd lady left leg and leans on mans back. · Lung into lady twist left and lady raise left leg, swing out to right lady right leg swings out. · Tango walk 4 block back 4 block into basic drop left hand low to waist · Body Ripple together · Kiss L handhold travel return and pull lady close with R hand behind lady neck. Just as heads get close for a Kiss turn away. · Parachute - Side to side Right Pull in R Hand high turn lady round and lady lean fwd. Spread arms out slide hand down and pull lady back sway sit swap hands and lower onto floor. Pull up with R.hand. · Travel return sweep right leg round on floor and wiggle for 4. · Lady Block Raise both hands and lower over lady neck. Lady block by pushing on inside of mans arms and moves hands down to waist or small of back. · Reverse Basic. Basic step down L R L R L with shoulder dip. · Knee Sit. Push lady fwd swap hands and drop to Knee. Lady walks slow and sits on knee. · Back and fwd lungs man back and rub leg then again and twist lady an she rubs leg · Travel return and both leg sweep. · Improvisation and body ripples. · Sway lady in front and lean back, lift ladies both feet into air. Lady tuck legs up. One at a time and walk away when lowered. · Double dip, R hand travel return and step fwd. Man step back and wrap lady into half nelson with her back on his left. Dip and lift unwrap and dip again. · Side lean, Double and hold with left on top, double hand return lady to left side and lean. Man quickly lets go of left hand and wraps round ladies back.
